POSTAGE & HANDLING

Please be aware, that despite being a city, Cairns is considered remote, and our post is not sorted in Cairns, it goes to Townsville first.  We are a long way from most of you, so therefore, some postage charges will be slightly higher, and times a little longer, please allow for this when you order!

*** IMPORTANT: If you require Express Postage, you must contact us ASAP, and there may be an extra charge if you have only paid for the standard post.

We use Australia Post for all parcels. 

Once your parcel is posted you will receive freight updates via email and we will also provide your parcel's tracking code.

We cannot be held responsible for:

*Any lost items once handed over to Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information provided. Although we always do our best to sort problems out for our lovely customers!

*If your parcel is returned to us because you provided an incorrect postal address, it is your responsibility as a customer to pay for the parcel to be re-sent. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are returned due to an incorrect postal address. Alternately, if it is our error, we will obviously resend it for you!

*Please allow us up to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process your order, although in most cases your order will be in the next day's post!

*We cannot be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package, once it has left us, we are in exactly the same position as you and use the same tracking information, and we have to wait 2 weeks to dispute any lost items.

***PLEASE NOTE: WHILE WE OFFER FREE POSTAGE ON ORDERS OVER $200, THIS IS AT OUR DISCRETION. WE TRY OUR BEST TO FIND THE MOST AFFORDABLE RATE, WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS AND CANNOT MAKE A LOSS ON THIS OFFER. WHILE IT IS VERY RARE, IF THE FREIGHT COSTS MORE THAN THE PURCHASE, OR MORE THAN 40% OF IT, WE MAY HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER & REFUND ANY PAYMENTS MADE.
