Once your parcel is posted you will receive freight updates via email and we will also provide your parcel's tracking code.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost items once handed over to Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information provided.
If your parcel is returned to us because you provided an incorrect postal address, it is your responsibility as a customer to pay for the parcel to be resent. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are returned due to an incorrect postal address.
Please allow us up to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process your order.
We cannot be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package.

WE TRY OUR BEST TO FIND THE MOST AFFORDABLE RATE, WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS AND CANNOT MAKE A LOSS ON THIS OFFER. WHILE IT IS VERY RARE, IF THE FREIGHT COSTS MORE THAN THE PURCHASE, OR MORE THAN 40% OF IT, WE MAY HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER & REFUND ANY PAYMENTS MADE.
