SENDLE doesn't ship to a PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses so you will have to select Australia Post if you don't have a residential address.
SENDLE offers lower rates for heavier or bigger parcels in general but if you live in a rural area Australia Post might be a cheaper option.
Once your parcel is posted you will receive freight updates via emails and we will also provide your parcel's reference code.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost items once handed over to SENDLE or Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information provided.
If your parcel is returned to us because you provided an incorrect postal address, it is your responsibility as a customer to pay for the parcel to be resent. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are returned due to an incorrect postal address.
