ABOUT THE ARTIST

Akasha Mead

My art career began at 19 when I dropped out of a fine art degree after just three weeks.

I started selling my first commissioned artworks to friends and family, and that soon grew into a part-time business.

I then spent years making and creating artwork while travelling the world and eventually settled in Scotland where my art practice continued.

In 2024 I returned to my home in Australia, and my passion and inspiration have propelled my art journey to new heights.
