Coated on the image side to protect it, but uncoated on the back, they are easy to write on! They are a matching series so they can be displayed together.

DESCRIPTION- The Cairns Esplanade has been a focal point for the city since the first explorers dragged themselves through the mangrove swamps and whacked away mosquitoes. Today, it is a bird watcher's delight, many migratory and sea birds can be seen here including our beloved pelicans, and of course all sorts of mud dwellers like crabs and mud skippers!  At the far northern end it an ecologically important Mangrove forest.
