Filled with natural brown rice, these heat packs provide beautiful, lasting warmth that gently radiates into the body. When warmed, the heat helps soothe tired, aching muscles — think tight shoulders or a sore neck — by encouraging circulation and allowing the muscles to relax and release tension. Simple, natural and wonderfully effective, they’re also perfect for keeping cosy in cooler weather.

Unlike a traditional hot water bottle, the flexible design moulds comfortably to your body, making it easy to wrap, rest or cuddle wherever warmth is needed. Ideal for relaxing on the couch, warming cold feet, or snuggling up before bed. 

How to Use

Place your rice heat pack in the microwave and heat on high for up to 2 minutes. We recommend not exceeding 2–2½ minutes, as it may become too hot for comfortable use. When first removed, the heat may feel concentrated in the centre — give it a gentle shake to evenly distribute the warmth. Apply to areas of tension or soreness and allow the heat to gradually sink in, helping to relax muscles and ease discomfort. Depending on the surrounding temperature, the heat pack will stay warm for approximately 30–45 minutes. For a cooling option, place your heat pack in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. The rice won’t freeze solid, making it perfect for use on sprains, strains or areas needing a cooling touch to help reduce inflammation. For convenience, you can store it in the freezer in a sealed, freezer-safe container so it’s always ready to go.

Storage Tip:

As the eye pillow is filled with natural brown rice, we recommend storing it in an airtight container or sealed bag when not in use - especially in warmer or humid climates - to help keep it fresh and free from pantry pests. For extra peace of mind, it can also be kept in the freezer between uses.
